2025 BYSTRONIC XPERT PRO 150T
The Bystronic Xpert Pro is Bystronic's flagship press brake — not one of the better options, the benchmark. Patented Pressure-Reference technology and LAMS optical angle measurement mean every bend across a production run is identical to the first. We commissioned the 2025 model specifically to serve high-volume OEM customers who cannot afford variation between parts.

Our CNC flatbed laser cuts flat sheet in mild steel, stainless, aluminium, Corten, Galvabond, and more — from 0.5mm gauge through to 20mm plate. It produces clean, consistent edges across the full material range, often eliminating secondary grinding entirely. For volume runs, CNC nesting software optimises part layouts to minimise waste and maximise sheet utilisation.
No tooling changeover. Cuts any 2D profile direct from DXF — zero setup cost for new geometry.
Nesting reduces cost-per-part. CNC optimised layouts minimise scrap on every volume run.

CNC TUBE LASER
Tube laser cutting is a capability most Melbourne fabricators simply don't have. Where a flatbed laser cuts flat sheet, our tube laser processes round, square, and rectangular hollow sections — cutting holes, slots, mitre joints, and complex 3D profiles directly into the tube. Frame fabrication, handrail systems, trailer chassis, structural assemblies — all in one machine, without sawing or drilling.
Replaces three operations in one. Cuts, holes, and mitres in a single pass — no sawing, no drilling.
Perfect fit-up, every time. Laser-cut mitres and coped joints fit precisely, reducing weld prep time.
Structural and decorative. Frame structures, handrail systems, furniture, trailer chassis, architectural steelwork.
A Melbourne rarity. Very few SMB fabricators in Victoria run a tube laser. For OEMs with tube components, Westberg is the logical call.
